2. Reservation cancellation

You have the right to cancel your booking within 10 days of confirmation of the booking, provided that the rental has not yet started. If the rental has already started, cancellation conditions depend on the specific rental agreement you have with us.

3. Refunds

If you cancel your booking within 10 days, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the terms of your rental agreement. Refunds will be made to the credit card or bank account you used to make the reservation.

4. Refund conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must inform us of your intention to cancel the booking within 10 days. In addition, the accommodation must be in the same condition as you found it. If the accommodation is damaged or items are missing, you may not be eligible for a refund or the amount of your refund may be reduced.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@eurologement.com. Please include your name, booking details and reason for cancellation in your email.

6. Changes to this policy
